Jordan Miller

Partner

As a co-founding partner of Mills Law Group, Jordan Miller focuses his practice on construction disputes with an emphasis on representing sureties bonding large privately owned projects as well as government projects. Mr. Miller's surety practice also includes handling fidelity, financial institution bond, and commercial crime claims along with cybersecurity and data breach issues. Mr. Miller handles a variety of complex commercial litigation cases including representing owners in land use disputes over multi-million dollar commercial projects. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience representing clients before local government authorities in licensing matters and in related administrative proceedings. Mr. Miller was recognized as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers in 2018 and 2019 which only bestowed on 2.5% of Florida licensed attorneys under 40 years old.
