Brian Gruber

Brian Gruber is a trial attorney at Mills Law Group. His practice focuses on the areas of complex commercial litigation, including construction, fidelity, and surety matters. He received his B.S. from St. Petersburg College and his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. Brian is highly skilled in navigating cases through litigation and the Alternative Dispute Resolution processes.
Brian is an honorably discharged Marine Corps veteran with over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience as a business owner in the Green industry. He is a Florida Bar member and also a member of the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Previously he served on the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Mediation Ethics (Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee [MEAC] from 2021 through 2024. Brian is a court Hearing Officer/Arbitrator for the Juvenile Arbitration Program in Florida’s Sixth Circuit, and a licensed Arbitrator and Mediator in Minnesota under Rule 114.
