Barbara Belluccia believes in providing her clients with an opportunity to understand the litigation process from start to finish. The only way to do so is through communication. With an understanding of the facts and the process, she and her clients can determine the best outcome for their needs through skilled, high quality and cost-effective legal services.
Mrs. Belluccia, a native of Tampa, graduated from the University of South Florida and received her law degree from Stetson University College of Law. Beginning in Florida, Mrs. Belluccia’s first introduction into litigation was complex construction defect and securities cases. Thereafter, she continued to offer litigation services in Florida and California where she has represented a variety of plaintiff and defendant clients including individuals, professionals, and business entities both directly and through their insurers. Mrs. Belluccia has litigated business related actions, professional liability, construction claims, personal injury cases, other negligence and intentional tort claims, ADA claims, medical device tort claims, real estate transactions, and offers business formation and transactional services to her clients. When appropriate for her client’s case, Mrs. Belluccia has prepared writs of certiorari and appealed and defended appeals on behalf of her clients in multiple jurisdictions across the country.
Mrs. Belluccia is a member of the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of California. She has practiced extensively in federal court and is admitted to the United States District Courts of the Middle District of Florida, the Northern District of Florida, the Northern District of California, the Central District of California the Southern District of California, the Northern District of Illinois, the District of Kansas, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is also admitted in the United States Court of Appeal for the Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits.
In her personal time, Mrs. Belluccia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and the study of art and world history. She has lived in India and the United Arab Emirates and has travelled extensively through Europe.
